CrossFit is designed for all shapes, sizes and ages, regardless of experience. The sport is intense, but we strive to match the intensity to whatever you are capable of.

The WOD (workout of the day) is the same for everyone but can be adjusted to the needs of each individual. You will rarely do the same workout twice so that you can keep the body guessing in order to reach new levels in both skill and experience.
